Early drinking of hot water will cleanse your body from the inside. It helps the body to digest food efficiently. But remember never to drink cold water with your meals. This will strengthen all the fats you have consumed, which increase the bad fat and stay in the body, says the macrobiotic nutritionist and health practitioner.
